Robert Bailey, Managing Director and Paul Wells, General Manager founded Bond Demolition with over 50 years of experience in geotechnical and civil engineering, embracing land reclamation; open cast mining; and bridge building.

Paul Wells sits on the committee of the Demolition Federation of Midlands and Wales and works with Construction Industry Training Board and on-going efforts to improve on environmental performance/impacts of Bond’s demolition projects with a real commitment to maximising opportunities from training and waste processing.

They are supported by an established team of 15 operatives most of whom have been with the company for over seven years.
